<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel structure of an AMOLED display having superior higher light transmissivity and aperture ratio obtained by minimizing damage to an organic light-emitting layer caused by sputtering. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel structure of an active matrix organic light-emitting display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided; and in the method, after transparent electrodes, organic light-emitting diodes and reflecting electrodes are formed on a substrate, at least one switching thin-film transistor, at least one driving thin film transistor, scanning lines, data lines, and accumulation capacitors are formed on the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
