LAMP BODY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mold a hollow lamp body in which a light source accommodation casing part and a coupler part are formed to cross rectangularly by using a movable mold and a fixed mold. SOLUTION: A housing 4 constituting a lamp 1 is formed so that the cylindrical light source accommodation casing part 4a in which a bulb 2 is accommodated and the cylindrical coupler part 4b with which an external connector is engaged cross rectangularly in the cylinder axis direction. An L-shaped connection terminal 3 is insert-molded while being made to communicate with the coupler part 4b from the light source accommodation casing part 4a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
