PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system locating and displaying a deposit within the vessel meeting the need of an automating aspect, regarding a volume computed tomography (VCT) etc. SOLUTION: A method for processing computed tomography (CT) datasets comprises a step identifying regions of interest (ROIs) 152-158 within a CT dataset. The ROIs 152-158 are ranked based on a comparison to at least one predetermined parameter. The ranking determines a level of importance for the ROIs 152-158 with respect to each other. A list 140 of the ROIs 152-158 is formed on a display 42, the list indicating the ROIs 152-158 based on an associated level of importance. The ROIs 152-158 are selectable with a user interface 40.
