PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary cooling device capable of efficiently canceling a warming from a demand controller without increasing the capacity of water supply equipment. SOLUTION: A spray unit 10 for intermittently performing spraying with a prescribed spray pattern to a heat exchanger of each outdoor unit 40 is connected communicatably with a communication adaptor 30. An attention signal or a warming signal is input to the communication adaptor 30 from the demand controller 33 when power usage may be over a set value within a prescribed time. A controller 31 of the communication adaptor 30 acquires an operating state of each spray unit 10 when the attention signal or the warming signal is input, and changes the spray pattern of the spray unit 10 performing intermittent spraying to a spray pattern for increasing the spray amount within a range of water supply capacity of the water supply equipment 20.
