PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce the extent of a pull-in voltageΔV of a thin-film transistor element and furthermore reduce the fluctuation ofΔV. SOLUTION: One sides of a pair of gate drivers 10, 11 are connected respectively to both sides facing each other on a liquid crystal display panel 2. A first gate driver 10 outputs a reference scanning signal for turning the thin transistor element on to one ends of gate bus lines G1 to Gn. A second gate driver 11 outputs a delay scanning signal for turning the thin film transistor element on, in which the rising/falling of a signal waveform delays by a predetermined time as compared to the reference scanning signal, to the other ends of the gate bus lines G1 to Gn simultaneously with time when the first gate driver 10 outputs the reference scanning signal.
