PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement device capable of efficiently agitating excavated soil and solidifying material by preventing a co-rotation by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This ground improvement device comprises a hollow rod 1 having a discharge port 7 for the solidifying material at the end, an excavating blade 3 fitted near the end of the hollow rod 1 and rotated when the hollow rod 1 is rotated, agitating blades 5, 6 attached to the upper part of the excavating blade 3 and rotated with the hollow rod 1 is rotated, and a co-rotation prevention blade 4 attached between the excavating blade 3 and the agitating blade 4 rotatably relative to the hollow rod 1. The co-rotation prevention blade 4 is composed of projecting blades 4a, 4b longer in blade length than the excavating blade 3 and intermediate blades 4b, 4b shorter in blade length than the excavating blade 3.
