PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane film coating waterproof structure using a two-component reaction type urethane waterproofing material which has quick-hardening performance, low smell performance corresponding to environment, and flame retardancy, which prevents stirring dust caused by sanding such as waterproofing by conventional FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic), and which is especially suitable for application to a veranda or a balcony of a ligneous system house. SOLUTION: The urethane film coating waterproof structure is constituted by a base material, a urethane system waterproofing layer, and a topcoat member coated on the waterproofing layer. The urethane system waterproofing layer coated on the base material is made by a two-component reaction type urethane waterproofing material having quick-hardening performance and low smell performance corresponding to environment by a solvent/a diluent thinner other than toluene/xylene. Then the topcoat member realizes low smell performance corresponding to environment. The main ingredient of the main agent of the two-component reaction type urethane waterproofing material is TDI prepolymer, and the main ingredient of the cross-linking agent of the curing agent is made DETDA and/or MED, thus low smell performance corresponding to environment/quick-hardening performance can be realized. The waterproofing material and/or the topcoat member of the urethane film coating waterproof structure has flame resistance which complies with leaping fire performance test associated with the Building acts by the composition of a flame retardant.
