PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride based resin composition for a super-weather-resistant floor material excellent in a weather-resistance for a long period of time and improving an initial coloring property and an embossing property. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride based resin composition for the super-weather-resistance flooring material excellent in the weather-resistance and improving the initial coloring property and the embossing property contains (b) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a benzotriazole based or a benzophenone based UV absorbent, (c) 0.01-2 pts.wt. of a hindered amine based photostabilizer and (d) 0.01-8 pts.wt. of the compound represented by the formula (1): (C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>5</SB>)C=C(CN)COOR relative to (a) 100 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride based resin.
