MESOPOROUS INORGANIC MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesoporous inorganic material which has pores of nanometer sizes and a hexagonal structure with pores arranged with three dimensional high regularity and a process to manufacture the mesoporous inorganic material rapidly with high reproducibility. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the mesoporous inorganic material having pores of nanometer sizes and a hexagonal structure with pores arranged with three dimensional high regularity comprises step 1 to prepare a raw material-mixed solution by dissolving the raw material into a solvent, step 2 to form a solution of the precursor of an inorganic/organic composite nano-structural body by evaporating the solvent in the raw material-mixed solution, step 3 to obtain the inorganic/organic composite nano-structural body by removing the organic polymer component in the precursor solution with reduced pressure foaming and step 4 to obtain the mesoporous inorganic porous material by removing the organic substances from the inorganic/organic composite nano-structural body.
