PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel line protection structure for a fuel tank, which prevents either a looseness of a lock-nut type upper plate or a damage of a base plate, and prevents a fuel leakage in advance even if a striking load is applied to a protector member for protecting a nipple and a connector for use in connecting a fuel hose. SOLUTION: A bracket member 16 for supporting a protector member 13 is placed between a base plate 14 and a lock-nut type upper plate 15. With this arrangement above, even if the protector member 13 is turned due to a striking load, the lock-nut type upper plate 15 is not loosened. In addition, the striking load applied to the protector member 13 is transmitted to a fuel tank 10, so that the base plate 14 is not damaged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
