PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license light integrated type tail light device capable of adjusting the position of a license light without changing the position of a tail light. SOLUTION: In a tail light unit 30 as this license light integrated type tail light device mounted in a rear part of a vehicle body of a motorcycle 1, a license light unit 45 is mounted to be adjustable in position on a base 35 for supporting the tail light constituted of LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) 33 for the tail light. The license light unit 45 can be adjusted in the vehicle body longitudinal direction along a guide hole 41a formed at a rail 41 of an extension part 40 of the base 35. The license light unit 45 has LEDs 43 for the license light, a supporting member 42 for supporting the LEDs 43, and a fastening member 50 fastened to the supporting member 42, and is fixed to the rail 41 and the base 35 by inserting the fastening member 50 into the guide hole 41a and fastening the fastening member 50 to the supporting member 42.
