摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a rotating speed in energizing and raising a seat without increasing the number of components installed in a hinge mechanism part. SOLUTION: A seat 1 is connected to a floor F by a hinge with a tumble mechanism 5, and energized to a rotating direction to rise by a return spring 20. A leg member 30 for supporting the seat 1 is raised/laid down and rotated between a spread position indicated in full line and a storage position indicated in virtual line, and energized to the rotating direction for spreading by a return spring 40. A wire 50 is provided between the leg member 30 and the floor F. The wire 50 stores and moves the leg member 30 by pulling it in accordance with rising rotation of the seat 1. The pulling operation force is made to act as a resisting force against an energizing force of the return spring 20. One guide 70 for guiding the wire 50 is elastically supported on a mounting bracket 90 through a bending spring 100.
