The device (10) has a drive gear (21) exhibiting a control cam (23) that contacts from a locking position to a unlocking position of a blocking unit (11) i.e. swinging arm, during the rotation of the drive gear in an unlocking process. The blocking unit deviates about a rotational axis (12) that exhibits a distance to another rotational axis (22), where a resetting force is caused on the blocking unit. The resetting force moves-back the blocking unit from the unlocking position to the locking position during the rotation of the drive gear in a locking process.
