<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate, having high-uniformity luminance distribution and excellent utilization efficiency of light, a method of efficiently manufacturing, such light guide plate, and to provide a backlight, having such a light guide plate and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide plate 2 emits a light that is incident from a light source 4, disposed on the side surface side to the front surface side, and the light guide plate includes a plurality of microlenses 21 on the light-emitting surface side, and a reflecting film 3 on the side opposite toward the light-emitting surface side, wherein the plurality of microlenses are constituted so that their diameters gradually increase, in a direction of separating from the light source.
