<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food producing method for producing Gyoza (Jiaozi:Chinese food), pizza, steak and fish which have moderate scorch in burnt mark when heating with a microwave oven, and crispy palate feeling, easy to be handled and excellent in production stability. <P>SOLUTION: This food producing method comprises applying a nonemulsified application liquid which contains ≥7 mass% content of milk protein, water, oil and fat as liquid at 20°C, and oil and fat as solid at 20°C to a surface for burnt mark of a food material comprising raw or heated Gyoza (Jiaozi) or pizza, placing the surface for burnt mark of the food material, applied with the application liquid so as to contact a microwave absorbing heating element, and heating the product with a microwave oven. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
