<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide sign device being excellent in visibility to clearly show its presence and guiding direction. <P>SOLUTION: A phosphorescent mold blended with a phosphorescent phosphor for notifying a viewer of the presence of a sign body by the emission of light is provided on the viewing face part of the sign body, and a plurality of light-emitting diodes for indicating the direction for guiding the viewer by emitting light are also provided. Light emitted from the phosphorescent mold that stores sunlight during the day enhances the visibility of the sign body, i.e., the recognition of its presence, even during the night, and the light emitted by the light-emitting diodes clearly shows the guiding direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
