<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive composition improving radiation performance from heating elements and high-temperature articles. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-conductive composition contains an expanded graphite in an organic compound 1b. Since the expanded graphite has higher heat conductivity, compared with that of the organic compound 1b, the graphite can improve heat transferability of the heat-conductive composition 1. Especially, if the expanded graphite is ground, air contained in the expanded graphite is removed from the expanded graphite and air can be removed also from the heat-conductive composition 1 and air mixed therein when mixing the expanded graphite can also be removed from the heat-conductive composition 1. As a result, lowering of heat conductivity of the heat-conductive composition 1 by existence of air can be suppressed. Further, since the faces of layers 1a of the expanded graphite are brought into contact with each other and the contact area becomes larger by grinding the expanded graphite, heat transfer can further be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
