<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device having a transparent electrode (anode) layer superior in flexibility and mechanical strength compared with a conventional one, and using an organic light-emitting layer, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: By forming the transparent electrode layer of the light-emitting device by a laminating structure comprising a mesh metal layer and a transparent conductive polymer layer, the light-emitting device can be formed which is capable of obtaining light emission with sufficient brightness from the light-emitting device, and superior in flexibility. In the mesh metal layer, a conductive metal is arranged in the mesh, and can be obtained by a printing technique or self-organization of metal nano colloidal particles. Moreover, the transparent electrode layer consisting of the mesh metal layer and the transparent conductive polymer layer has low resistivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
