PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact of the signal pin and a shield cover certainly when the output connector is secured to a microphone case in the output connector for microphone where a cover for shielding disturbance such as an electromagnetic wave is applied to the connector base mount. SOLUTION: When the output connector 10A for microphone with a cover 16 for shielding disturbance such as an electromagnetic wave applied to the connector base mount 11 is manufactured, the shield cover 16 is fixed to the inner surface side of the connector base mount 11 by passing a ground pin E and signal pins SH and SC through first and second through holes bored in the shield cover 16 in correspondence with respective pins. After each signal pin and the second through hole are aligned substantially coaxially, curable resin 30 is injected into the shield cover 16 from the clearance of at least one signal pins SH, SC and the second through hole 162, 163 and then the shield cover 16 is secured to the connector base mount 11 integrally therewith.
