PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a driver's sense of incongruity caused by fluctuation of a forward/backward force difference between right and left wheels. SOLUTION: Duringμsplit control, the maximum value MSm of an absolute value of a stabilization moment MS including a component of the forward/backward force differenceΔFX is stored, and based on the maximum value MSm, a correction steering target value (correction torque target value Tms) is determined. Thus, when theμsplit control is executed, even if an increasing/decreasing cycle of forward/backward force FX** of the right and left wheels varies and the forward/backward force differenceΔFX is periodically increased/decreased, fluctuation of the correction steering target value Tms along with the increase/decrease can be prevented.
