PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation bearing structure, which generates a restoring force or displacement suppressing force with a simple strucutre without vertically moving a superstructural part at the time of seismic isolation. SOLUTION: A spherical sheath-like outer rolling element 2 contains a spherical mass body 3 and a viscous material 4 suppressing the motion of the mass body 3 within an outer rolling element 2. A spherical seismic isolation bearing rolling element 1 having a center-of-gravity position off-center from the rolling center of the outer rolling element 2, is provided, for example, between upper and lower receiving surfaces 5 and 6 so that its center-of-gravity position is located below the rolling center position of the outer rolling element 1.
