PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control operation of a balancing means without unnatural force at a short distance without requiring that a worker moves separately from an operation position. SOLUTION: This balancing device is provided with the balancing means 200 rotatably connected to a body frame 100 and having rings connected to both sides, and a rotation control means 300 fastened to the balancing means 200 and controlling rotability between the balancing means 200 and the body frame 100. The rotation control means 300 includes a control pin connected/disconnected to/from the balancing means 200 and a control lever connected to the control pin through a connection member.
