PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method other than press working in the plastic working of a magnesium alloy sheet. SOLUTION: In this method, a conventional sequential working is applied with a working tool 3 mounted on an NC working machine while maintaining the whole sheet at a prescribed temperature nearly uniformly after heating a prescribed magnesium alloy sheet 1 and, especially, Joule heat generated by electrification is employed as a heating means by arranging an electrode on both ends of the sheet.
