PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure more stable image quality by selectively collecting data only in a time phase where a heart motion is comparatively small. SOLUTION: An acquiring means comprising: a gradient magnetic field power source 3; a transmitting part 7; a selecting circuit 8; a receiving part 9; and a data collecting part 11b, etc., acquires magnetic resonance data concerning magnetic resonance in a subject P for each data line. A control part 11g determines a plurality of start timings which are the timings after elapse of a plurality of delay times from a reference time phase in the cardiac cycle of the subject P. The control part 11g controls a collecting means so as to respectively collect the magnetic resonance data in a plurality of collection periods to be started from the respective start timings.
