A mix signal processing apparatus and method are provided to control a mix signal on the source signal basis rather than on the channel basis so as to independently adjust source signals of the mix signal. A remix information is asked from a user terminal(1301). The asked remix information is transferred to the user terminal(1315). The remix information includes a mix signal, a source signal, a mix parameter, an up mix parameter, and at least one of icon and emoticon. The remix information includes a deformed mix signal except for some of the source signals contained in the mix signal. When the remix information is paid for, the remix information is transferred to the user terminal(1307).
