<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet having stable electromagnetic wave shielding property and flexible property. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave reflecting layer 3 formed of a metal foil and an electromagnetic wave absorbing layer 4 formed of a magnetic composition are sequentially laminated to form the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet.
