<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a system by which a user easily enjoys sport training at a place (such as a user's house) where the Internet is available in a desired time at a fixed low cost and to simultaneously provide the user with information regarding eating habits and beauty on line at any time, utilizing moving images and sound of Internet communication. <P>SOLUTION: Advices and instructions for various kinds of sport training are provided by use of moving images and sound of the Internet. The system is constituted, so that advice and instructions for yoga, aerobics, a hula dance, a social dance, massage and acupressure, hiphop, ..., are widely distributed to the user, ranked as a beginner, a middle level user and an advanced user, so that a beginner can try what the user wants to try without going to sport facilities or sport classes, at a place where the Internet is available in a convenient time in daily life depending on the user's decision.
