PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve charging control of an electricity storage mechanism with a simple configuration in a power circuit having a plurality of electricity storage mechanisms having precharge circuits. SOLUTION: ECU performs a program comprising a step (S1200) of detecting a state of a first travel battery (S1000) and switching A-SMRP in a non-conduction state to a conduction state and A-SMRG in the conduction state to the non-conduction state when charging limit is required (YES in S1100), a step (S1500) of switching A-SMRP in the conduction state to the non-conduction state and A-SMRG in the non-conduction state to the conduction state when releasing the charging limit is required (YES in S1400) and steps (S2000 to S2500) of performing the same processing as S1000 to S1500 on a second travel battery.
