PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse pad which uses an indoor installed antenna but does not have the defects thereof by solving problems that an antenna installed outdoors or an indoor installed antenna is utilized for television reception using a personal computer but the antenna installed outdoors requires complicated construction such as installing a cable for a long distance to the personal computer and the indoor installed antenna has a problem in space since it is installed separately from personal computer accessories for the direction of installation, beautiful appearance, security and the like. SOLUTION: A non-directional plane antenna for television is incorporated or stuck in parallel with a mouse operating plane of a mouse pad at least partially or entirely and this antenna is used as an indoor antenna. The mouse pad with the built-in television antenna is multilayered and a film-like antenna is incorporated therein, A received radio wave can be received only by connecting a cable and connecting it to an input plug for television.
