PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting apparatus which performs video or audio re-multiplexing more generally. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a digital broadcast receiver which receives stream data of a TTS form imparting a time stamp to MPEG2-TS, comprising a converter (transcoder) for converting a content data format within the TTS according to a predetermined method and a multiplexer for multiplexing out the converted content data on the basis of the TTS time stamp, wherein the multiplexer multiplexes the converted content data based on a TTS packet position before conversion.
