PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation device which allows cell observation without using a conventional microscope between cells and an image sensor used for capturing the images of the cells, so as to attain cost reduction. SOLUTION: The observation device comprises: a vision circuit 10 including a vision sensor 11 having a large number of pixels; and an observation sheet 1 overlayed on the image sensor 11 of the vision circuit 10 and holding cells thereon.
