PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing to be used for a vehicle sliding door, so constructed that lubricating oil hardly leaks to the outside even when high temperature treatment is applied thereto. SOLUTION: An inner ring 2 is fixed to a supporting shaft 10 to be fixed to the sliding door. An outer ring 3 is provided at a position concentric with the inner ring 2, and a rolling element 4 is mounted between the outer ring 3 and the inner ring 2. Seal members 5 are provided at both axial ends of a rolling element arrangement space S. Annular oil absorbers 6, 7 are arranged on the axial outer sides of the seal members to block at least part of a radial section of a gap between the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3.
