PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure and a vibration proofing member preventing vibrations of the floor structure, serving preferably for piping and wiring work, and hardly causing flexure of a floor face material forming the floor surface. SOLUTION: The floor structure 1 includes a vibration proofing member 10 provided between a pair of adjacent floor joists 2a, 2b. Both end faces of the vibration proofing member 10 abut on the pair of floor joists 2a, 2b, respectively. The vibration proofing member 10 comprises a floor face material receiving part 11 whose upper face abuts on the floor face material 6, a first leg part 12a connecting the floor joist 2a of the pair of adjacent floor joists 2a, 2b to the lower face of the floor face material receiving part 11, a second leg part 12b connecting the other floor joist 2b to the lower face of the floor face material receiving part 11, a clearance 13 formed between the first leg part 12a and the second leg part 12b.
