PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent composition for rust-preventive packaging films, capable of retaining rust-preventive property for a long period and capable of forming a rust-preventive layer excellent in transparency, heat-sealing property and blocking resistance and the rust-preventive packaging film obtained by applying the composition. SOLUTION: The coating agent composition for rust-preventive packaging film comprises (A) 100 pts.mass acrylic copolymer, (B) 2-40 pts.mass isoprene-based rubber, (C) 2-60 pts.mass olefin-based polymer and (D) 1-30 pts.mass volatile rust preventing agent being liquid at ordinary temperature and having compatibility with the acrylic copolymer (A).
