PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection press-molding method for manufacturing a molded object with a core with an injection molding machine. SOLUTION: A first cavity 61 is formed between one surface 41a of a core 41 and a fixed mold 20 by clamping the fixed mold 20 and a movable mold 22 after mounting the core 41 inside the movable mold 22. In a first injection process, a material M1 is packed inside the first cavity 61 by an injection device, and a second cavity 62 is formed between the other surface 41b of the core 41 and the movable mold 22 by moving the movable mold 22 slightly in the mold opening direction. In a second injection process, a material M2 is injected into the second cavity 62, and the materials M1 and M2 are pressed between the fixed mold 20 and the movable mold 22 by again clamping the fixed mold 20 and the movable mold 22. Thus the molded object 40 with the core 41 and a skin member 42 are molded into a specified shape by the above series of injection press operations. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
