PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member assembling device which can position and hold component members to suitable locations even if heated, and to provide a member assembling method. SOLUTION: The member assembling device can position and hold the plurality of assembly members to be assembled together to the suitable locations in a constant posture, and is subjected to heating together with the holding assembly members. According to the structure of the member assembling device, a plurality of holding portions 6 for making contact with the assembly members are fixed to a connection portion 7 which is made of the same material as that of the assembly members or a material having a coefficient of linear expansion, at which an elongation quantity between the holding portions due to thermal expansion falls within a tolerance range when the member assembling device is heated.
