PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a through-hole structure with a through-hole surely penetrating through with neither a possibility of breaking a transfer pattern of an im-print mold nor a spoiling productivity with a low cost using only the im-print method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a through-hole structure comprises a pattern pushing-in process in which the transfer pattern 13 of the in-print mold 12 is pushed into a material 11 to be processed on a holding member 10 by leaving a remaining part 15 for forming a through-hole 21, a remaining part sticking process for sticking the remaining part on the holding member by for example, pressing, a material curing process for curing the material to be processed, a mold separating process for separating the in-print mold from the material to be processed, and a structure taking-out process for simultaneously separating the material to be processed from the holding member, and separating the remaining part from the material to be processed.
