PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a continuous paper cutting apparatus for cutting continuous paper having perforated lines formed to make single pieces of paper via the perforated lines, which can surely cut the continuous paper into single pieces and carry out stable post-processing. SOLUTION: A cutter 24 is provided between a first roller 21 and a second roller 22. Based on a detection signal from a sensor 23, the paper is cut by temporarily making a rotation speed V2 of the second roller 22 faster than a rotation speed V1 of the first roller at timing when a perforated line reaches the cutter 24, and the rotation speed of the second roller is made to be equal to the rotation speed V1 of the first roller after cutting, and the paper is discharged as a single piece of paper 16.
