A corrugated paper cup includes a cup body (1), a cup bottom (2) and a cup sleeve (3). The cup sleeve has horizontally and vertically corrugated stripes (4) on which there are many grooves (5). A method of forming corrugated paper cup includes three processes of forming a paper cup, forming a corrugated paper cup sleeve and combining the cup sleeve and the paper cup. Sector pieces of corrugated paper cup sleeve are intervolved and modeled by the mould of sleeve cup machine. The interface is scalded to be the cup sleeve by instant heat generated by ultrasonic. The inner wall is combined with the paper cup after glue covering. |
