The carrier bag has production of an opening condition of the carrier bag involves in clamping of portable structure including base of a stabilizer. The stabilizer is hold by an activating clamping device in its stressed condition. The clamping device has a clamping body (7), which has a right angled central surface with grip hole (73), at which outer edges folding strips (71,72,701,702) are placed, which are changed starting from the deactivation position and from a position of the folding strips running parallel to the central surface of the clamping body.
