A system and method for processing a plurality of secondary data sets sneJudes the steps of aggregating the secondary data sets to form a primary data set comprising of the secondary data sets, syndicating each of the secondary data sets within the primary data set for standardizing the format of each of the secondary data sets, and geocodmg each of the secondary data sets within the primary data set with a geocode, the geocode indicating a geographic location reiating to information contained within the secondary data set.
