Invention represents a device for protection of parking lots and prevents passage to all the vehicles with no authorization to use the parking lot there, i.e. have no pass-through permission in that direction. Constructional solution of the device according to this invention, provides that the mentioned parking lot may be used only by those cars whose owners have the key to unlock the post and open the entry i.e. the passage. Besides, this invention is equipped with special shock absorber toward the weight of the post and electric motor so that the passage is open by remote control, and in the same method closed. According to the remote control the post is lowered onto the ground and, in such way, the passage is closed. In the case of interruption in electric circuit supply, the owner can, by means of the key, lower down the post and upon rising, to lock it again.
