METHOD FOR PROVIDING NETWORK COMMUNICATION SERVICE IN CONSISTENT QUALITY REGARDLESS OF WIRED/MOBILE NETWORK ENVIRONMENT

A method for providing a network communication service with consistent quality regardless of a wired/wireless network environment is provided to allow a communication provider to effectively increase service providing areas with respect to a wired network and a wireless network. When a user requests a network connection(S701), collecting equipments add path information, to which the user belongs, to a connection request signal packet and transfers the same to a network connection equipment(S702). The network connection equipment requests an authentication server to authenticate the connection requested user and the authentication server informs the network connection equipment about an authentication result to authenticate the user(S703). The user is allocated an IP address from the network connection equipment(S704). The authentication server transfers a service protocol file to a policy control server(S705), establishes a control policy suitable for an SLA(Service Level Agreement) of the user and transfers it to the network connection equipment so that the control policy according to a service class of the user can be set in the network connection device(S706). The policy control server checks over whether the user is connected via a wired network or a wireless network(S707). When the user is connected via the wired network, the policy control server checks whether the user is a home user or a visiting user(S708).
