A mobile communication terminal and a contents access method of the mobile communication terminal are provided to enable even the third party to freely and conditionally read contents stored in a user's terminal while a locking mode is set, thus the terminal can be used as a medium for a lot of people. An input unit(110) inputs an access number. A memory(120) stores contents in accordance with each telephone number. An output unit(160) outputs the contents. A controller(130) reads contents matched with the access number from the memory, and outputs the read contents through the output unit. In case of the contents matched with the access number, a telephone number of the contents is the same as the access number or includes the access number.
