<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a human resource in consideration of individual information protection. <P>SOLUTION: A human resource management device includes: a registeration means for registering, as human resource basic information, human resource name information, contract company name information concerning the human resources, and human resource IDs for identifying the human resources; an integrated object extracting means for extracting human resource basic information of an integrated object from the human resource basic information registered in the registering means; and a display control means for displaying a screen concerning the integration of the human resource basic information, in response to the human resource basic information of the integrated object, which is extracted by the integrated object extracting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
