<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel circuit for suppressing the occurrence of shading and stripe irregularity, and to provide a display device and a method of manufacturing the pixel circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The pixel circuit 101 has at least one transistor (TFT) 111 for controlling a conductive state by receiving a drive signal to a control terminal, a light emitting element 113, and wiring PSL for a power source. The TFT 111 is connected between the wiring PSL for the power source and a prescribed electrode 117 of the light emitting element 113. The wiring 133 for the power source is multilayer-wired by being connected to wiring of another layer, and an auxiliary capacity C112 is formed so that the multilayer-wired wiring for the power source and the other wiring layer 126 are separated and facing each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
