<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a link only when anchor information of a different hypertext group linked directly or indirectly by a hypertext is appropriate when seen from anchor information of a link source. <P>SOLUTION: Link destination hypertext of a former anchor 72 existing within a processing range in former hypertext is acquired, and a link destination anchor information composed of a pair of a character string of a link destination anchor and a link destination URL is extracted from link destination hypertext.
