<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record all processing content or keystrokes for each user with respect to a plurality of servers or terminal devices as a log file, and completely obtain a use history of the user. <P>SOLUTION: A work content recording system comprises a target server agent unit 1B which is provided for each of a plurality of servers or terminal devices connected to a network and transfers in real time a listed log file to be stored; a log data storage means 2 writing the transferred log file on a WORM; and a management console unit 3 monitoring the startup state of the log data storage means 2 and the log file information in real time, retrieving the stored log file to create a report, restoring the backup in the WORM or copying the backup thereof or retrieving the restored log file.
