PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption processing management method by which the speed of encryption communication can be made higher and the degradation of performance can be prevented, and to provide an encryption processing management device and an encryption processing management program. SOLUTION: The encryption processing management method by which an encryption processing request means 3 causing an encryption processing execution means 4 to execute encryption processing manages connection information with the encryption processing execution means 4 includes steps of: using available connection information to cause the encryption processing execution means 4 to execute encryption processing if the available connection information is present in a connection information table 9 for managing connection information; generating connection information to register it with the connection information table 9 if available connection information does not present in the connection information table 9 and using the registered connection information to cause the encryption processing execution means 4 to execute encryption processing; and registering used connection information with the connection information table 9 as available connection information after the end of encryption processing.
