PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a PIO (process input output) transmitter system transmitting PIO information by an inexpensive and simple transmission method as compared with a programmable controller in transmitting PIO information of small capacity. SOLUTION: PIO information outputted from a main apparatus 8 installed in an installation place Y is transmitted to an IP modem 3 installed in an installation place X connected by a metal cable through a contact IP converter 5 for mutually converting the PIO information and IP information and an IP modem 4 for mutually converting the IP information and an analog signal which are installed in the installation place Y and then collected by a slave station 1 installed in the installation place X through a contact IP converter 2.
